Our Mission
Dominicana Baseball Foundation takes pride in providing growth opportunities for youth in local communities and underprivileged communities of the Caribbean.
We accomplish this through youth baseball skills training, participation in annual humanitarian trips to the Dominican Republic, local community projects, and through the development of passion and work ethic.
We take pride in building character and skills of the youth we serve by providing outstanding baseball training, service, and humanitarian work.
Our Founders
Dominicana Baseball Foundation was founded by Valerie and Audy Mesa with the sole purpose of improving the lives of children in the Dominican Republic and making a difference in the communities of Utah.
Valerie has always worked diligently with focus on the mission of the foundation. The tireless hours behind the scenes often go unnoticed and make the mission possible. Valerie is always focused on serving others and making the foundation grow to expand its reach.
Audy has a passion for baseball and sharing his love for baseball with kids. This skill has led him to focus on organizing humanitarian opportunities through the game of baseball. Audy’s desire to help others in his home country and in Utah has led him to build and grow the Dominicana Baseball Foundation.
